Tired of all the black zones in your home?

Ever feel like certain rooms in your home are just WiFi dead zones? Where your connection just disappears and you’re stuck seeing the buffering wheel of doom in the back bedroom, kitchen or even the bathroom can be a real nuisance!

There are a few reasons why the router cannot get to the harder to reach places. An overloaded network, interference from other wireless devices (yes, we are talking about you, Mr microwave!) or just the distance between the router and the device may be too great. It could even be the material your home is made of. Those steel beams might be having an impact…

First thing first, make sure your router is centrally placed, off the floor in an open space in the centre of your home and away from anything that could interfere with the signal such as:

  • Fish tanks

  • Thick walls

  • Mirrors or reflecting surfaces

  • Electronic devices e.g. baby monitors, cordless phones or kitchen equipment

  • And don't scare your router by putting it in dark places such as a cupboard!

If you’re still having WiFi dark spots, don’t worry! This is where our Lit WiFi device can save the day. Aka our state-of-the-art mesh device eats WiFi dark spots for breakfast making sure you have coverage around your home so you can binge watch Netflix’s in the bath until your is heart content!
