We seek a Personal Assistant/Office Manager for a 12-month maternity cover, primarily responsible for supporting the executive team & overseeing day to day operations of the office function.
The role involves diary management and meeting scheduling for two of the executive leadership team, whilst ensuring that all office work runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You will arrange company events as required, manage office suppliers, organise laptop/IT setup and equipment for new starters, and keep records and maintenance schedules.
This person will also be responsible for supporting the fleet administration role – maintaining and tracking our growing fleet of vehicles, as well as other adhoc project & tasks as they arise. This is varied and interesting role, highly valued by our whole team at Lit Fibre!
We need someone with previous experience as a personal assistant and/or office manager. You will need to be confident working with executives and other senior team members, and demonstrate exemplary organisation, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills. Our office is based in Reading town centre and it is vital that the person in this post can work in the office on a regular basis.
