We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Trainer who will write, develop and deliver effective and efficient training to all Customer Support Advisors. The individual will review incoming/outgoing calls, emails, social media and tickets, checking for quality, proactively identifying training needs and building training programmes. Key to the role will be the ability to visit the team in Bulgaria on a regular basis to deliver face to face training.
