We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our delivery team as a Field Based Project Co-Ordinator. The role will be a critical part of our success in building our full fibre network across the country. The individual in post will be vital to leading the on-site delivery of fibre-to-the-home builds across a region or exchange.

Please note, this role is covering the East England region (more clarity will be given at a later date) so proximity to this area is absolutely key. The role involves on-site supervision & project management of all activities related to FTTP build including;

• Test Rod & Rope

• Civils

• Cabling

• Splicing

• Testing

• Commissioning

• Oversight of Health & Safety, Quality & Delivery, driving standard through the build phase to ensure successful audit and commissioning.

• Liaising closely with the Regional Delivery Manager, acting as the on-site project and delivery presence.

• Build and maintain working relationships with contractors and third party suppliers.

• Embody Lit Fibre to Highways representatives.

We are looking for someone with experience of supervising civil engineering activities in the telecom industry, bringing Openreach/PIA/NRSWA Accreditations.
