We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our fast-paced team. You will professionally interact with potential customers via a door-to-door method, driving sales and expanding our customer base by promoting and selling our five star-rated fibre broadband services.
Please note that this role will be covering the Midlands area and towns could include Coventry, Erdington, Wolverhampton and Birmingham. Therefore, flexibility is key!
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers in designated areas.
Conduct door-to-door sales activities to promote Lit Fibre Broadband services.
Present and explain the benefits of our fibre broadband packages to prospective customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the telecommunications or broadband industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
