We seek a Sales Manager, responsible for driving customer adoption locally in our live towns, taking full advantage of our true USPs to show consumers they have better options for their connectivity solution. The role will involve engaging potential customers with our brand and services, and inspiring them to investigate and join Lit Fibre for a better broadband experience.
Focusing on our local and in-person sales, this will involve attending local events, door-knocking and following up leads to drive as many sales as possible. This is a brand new role so there is lots of growth potential, with the Sales Manager having the opportunity to build a team in future by proving the value of pro-active sales generation. The Sales Manager will also help to plan future development too, using insight and customer feedback to drive decisions and prioritise accordingly.
Taking ownership of our in-person sales channels and identifying the best opportunities for driving growth
Work with the existing marketing team to ensure our marketing messages and channels fully support the sales activities
Promote our brand & proposition awareness in & around our communities
Identify and develop local event opportunities (everything from free coffees to getting involved in independently-run local events)
We’re looking for someone who has got bags of experience and is results-driven - but to be more specific:
Previous experience in a sales management role
Highly motivated and target-driven
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Experience of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Confidence to be able to approach customers, knocking doors to discuss Lit Fibre
