We are excited to be creating a new direct sales team to engage with our customers. To enable them to truly focus on selling, we have created a brand-new Sales Operations Manager role to ensure that our team are set up for success. This critical role will work within our commercial team and help shape the activities and processes to make the sales team as effective, efficient and productive as possible.

This is a hands-on role, responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Sales and Marketing teams here at Lit Fibre. The duties will range from providing guidance about market trends, building processes to developing pricing, promotions and tracking behaviour and sales data for individual towns.

We are looking for someone highly experienced in driving the whole sales operations, confident to shape and champion sales models that will be successful for our field team. We need a highly analytical individual who will use data to drive decisions, be pro-active to create new methods on how we can improve and innovate our sales processes as we grow and evolve. The role offers a self-driven person the opportunity to really make a difference, applying their experience of sales operational leadership in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

***Please note, we need the person in the South of England in order to spend some time out in the field with our sales teams, as required***
