Once we have your order, book your slot for one of our engineers to connect you to our network.

Woohoo it's your installation day! Our engineers will take care of all the technical stuff - and make sure your new router and internet connection is working properly. Before they leave, they'll help you set up any devices you need help with.

Once you're Lit, get in touch with your old broadband provider to tell them you've switched to a new provider. We always recommend waiting until your new service is up and running before cancelling any other service so you're always online.
