1.1 When you (You) refer a neighbour or a friend (Neighbour) to Lit Fibre and they successfully sign up to one of the qualifying Lit Fibre packages (set out in section 2.5 below), both You and your Neighbour will receive a credit for a month’s service fee (as set out in section 4.1 below) [as well as a £25 (twenty five pounds sterling) Amazon.com voucher] (the Promotion).
1.2 The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By entering this Promotion, both You and your Neighbour are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
1.3 The Promotion will run from 21st August 2023 until 29st February 2024 and we reserve the right to amend or end the Promotion at any time without notice.
1.4 The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
1.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect, replace or override any terms already in place with You.
2.1 To be eligible to refer a Neighbour, You must:
2.1.1 be a resident in the UK and be aged 18 years or over; and
2.1.2 be an existing Lit Fibre customer with an active Lit Fibre account.
2.2 To enter the Promotion:
2.2.1 the Neighbour must follow the instructions contained within any email correspondence sent by Lit Fibre in relation to the Promotion; and
2.2.2 the Neighbour must:
(a) sign up to one of the qualifying Lit Fibre packages set out in section 2.5 below by calling Lit Fibre on 0330 460 4610; and
(b) state during the call that they have been referred by an existing customer, giving the email address that is linked to Your Lit Fibre account.
2.3 To qualify for the Promotion, the Neighbour must:
2.3.1 live at an address covered by Lit Fibre’s services;
2.3.2 be a resident in the UK and be aged 18 years or over; and
2.3.3 not have had an account with Lit Fibre for at least 6 months.
2.4 For the avoidance of doubt, Lit Fibre shall be under no obligation to provide a Reward to You or any Neighbour if the Neighbour is unable to purchase a qualifying Lit Fibre Package for any reason, including because Lit Fibre does not service the Neighbour’s address.
2.5 The following Lit Fibre packages qualify for the Promotion: Lit100, Lit500 and Lit1000.
2.6 You can refer as many Neighbours (or friends) as you like.
2.7 Multiple people cannot refer the same person. Where a person is referred by more than one Lit Fibre customer, we will only accept the first referrer recorded as referring that person.
3.1 By entering in the Promotion, You acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for the purposes of the promotion and in accordance with the Lit Fibre Privacy Policy, which can be found here https://litfibre.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
4.1 Once the Neighbour has purchased a qualifying Lit Fibre product, and followed the steps set out above, both You and the Neighbour will receive a credit applied to their Lit Fibre account (the Reward) within 30 days of the expiry of the qualifying month provided that both You and the Neighbour are still active customers of Lit Fibre and have not given notice to terminate the Lit Fibre service. The value of the Reward will be the charges billed for the qualifying Lit Fibre product in the qualifying month and excludes any additional services that the Neighbour and/or You may have subscribed to (for e.g. Static IP). For the purpose of this clause, the qualifying month is the first full month following expiry of the cooling off period (usually 14 days from the service start date) or any money back guarantee period (if applicable), whichever is the later.
4.2 No cash alternative to the Reward will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute a reward of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control.
