1.1 When you refer a neighbour (or a friend) to Lit Fibre and they sign up to one of the qualifying Lit Fibre packages, both you and your neighbour (or friend) will receive a credit for a month’s service fee (the Promotion).
1.2 The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By entering this Promotion, you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The Promotion will run from 2nd September 2022 until 29th February 2024 and we reserve the right to amend or end the Promotion at any time without notice.
1.4 The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2.1 To be eligible to refer a neighbour (or a friend), you (the Referrer) must:
2.1.1 be a resident in the UK and be aged 18 years or over; and
2.1.2 be an existing Lit Fibre customer with an active Lit Fibre account.
2.2 To enter the Promotion:
2.2.1 the Referrer must follow the instructions contained within the email sent by Lit Fibre which details the Promotion; and
2.2.2 the Referrer’s neighbour/friend (the Referee) must:
(a) sign up to one of the qualifying Lit Fibre packages set out below by calling Lit Fibre on 0330 460 4610; and
(b) state during the call that they have been referred by an existing customer, giving the email address that is linked to the Referrer’s Lit Fibre account.
2.3 To qualify for the Promotion, the Referee must:
2.3.1 live at an address covered by Lit Fibre’s services;
2.3.2 be a resident in the UK and be aged 18 years or over; and
2.3.3 not have had an account with Lit Fibre for at least 6 months.
2.4 For the avoidance of doubt, Lit Fibre shall be under no obligation to provide a Reward to any Referrer or Referee if the Referee is unable to purchase a qualifying Lit Fibre Package for any reason, including because Lit Fibre does not service the Referee’s address.
2.5 The following Lit Fibre packages qualify for the Promotion: Lit100, Lit500 and Lit1000.
2.6 You can refer as many neighbours or friends as you like.
2.7 Multiple people cannot refer the same person. Where a person is referred by more than one Lit Fibre customer, we will only accept the first Referrer recorded as referring that person.
3.1 By entering in the Promotion, the Referrer and the Referee agree to their personal data being processed in accordance with the Lit Fibre Privacy Policy, which can be found here https://litfibre.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
4.1 Once the Referee has purchased a qualifying Lit Fibre product, both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a credit applied to their Lit Fibre account (the Reward) within 30 days of the expiry of the qualifying month provided that both the Referrer and the Referee and are still with Lit Fibre and have not given notice to terminate the service. The value of the Reward will be the charges billed for the qualifying Lit Fibre product in the qualifying month and excludes any additional services that the Referee and/or the Referer may have subscribed to (for e.g. Static IP). For the purpose of this clause, the qualifying month is the first full month following expiry of the cooling off period (usually 14 days from the service start date) or any money back guarantee period (if applicable), whichever is the later.
4.2 The Reward may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which the Referrer and the Referee shall be responsible for complying with.
4.3 No cash alternative to the Reward will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute a reward of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control.
