Andrew Murray, Installation Supervisor (East and Central)
Meet Andrew, the maestro of customer installations in the East and Central region. All the way from Chelmsford to the vibrant streets of Watford, Andrew is a real connectivity pro. His claim to fame? Ensuring that every customer is seamlessly connected from the get-go and swiftly tackling any hitches that come his way – just look on our Trustpilot if you don’t believe us!
To switch things up from working in retail, Andrew made the move to pursue a career in broadband installation, so he could be out and about every day. And we’re so pleased to have them in our team! Following on from his mission to link communities with the internet they deserve, you’ll catch him breaking a sweat at the gym or unwinding with his feet up, indulging in some football action.

Mike Kennedy, FTTP Installation Supervisor (West and Midlands)
Mike is a master FTTP Customer Installation Supervisor in the West and the Midlands starting with Cirencester and ending all the way in Stratford-upon-Avon. You’ll also find him getting stuck in with community connection projects providing free full-fibre broadband to local town halls and sports clubs. The communities we serve at Lit Fibre are at the heart of everything we do – after all, it’s people that make great internet.
Mike has worked in the industry for over a decade and joined Lit Fibre when it was founded in 2020, driven to be part of something new and exciting. He started as a Quality Assurance Engineer and completed the first installation in the first live town, Chippenham, and since then, he thrives to ensure every installation is delivered smoothly. When he’s not busily supporting all departments at Lit Fibre, outside of work, you’ll catch Mike enjoying sports such as boxing, golf, badminton, and running.
